Private Membership Agreement / Terms and Conditions

By becoming a PMA Private Member, Private Partner or Private Affiliate of Rocky Mountain Manna and using its products and services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Thank you for being a valued member of our Private Membership Association.

This Private Membership Agreement governs your membership in the Rocky Mountain Manna Private Membership Association (PMA), hereafter referred to as "the Association." By accessing the Association's website, becoming a member, or using any services or products provided by the Association, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Membership in the Association is open exclusively to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Must agree to and adhere to the terms of this Private Membership Agreement and the Membership Agreement.
• Must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process.
• Membership is non-transferable and is for personal use only.

By completing the membership application and paying for your membership, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document and any additional policies that may be provided by the Association from time to time. Your use of the Association's website, products, or services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

As a member of the Rocky Mountain Manna PMA, you are entitled to:

• Access exclusive products, including Shilajit, Ormus, GANS, and other wellness items.
• Participate in member-only content, resources, and educational materials related to holistic wellness.
• Take part in the PMA community and engage in discussions, events, or services offered by the Association.

As a member, you agree to:

• Use all products and services in a responsible and lawful manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login or account information associated with your membership.
• Abide by the Association’s rules, regulations, and guidelines, including those that apply to the use of our products, services, and online platforms.

The Association offers various membership categories, each with specific benefits and corresponding fees. Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is explicitly authorized as per the Association’s policies.

• Individual Membership: Access for a single person to all benefits.
• Family Membership: Access for multiple family members, as specified by the number of members included.
• Business Membership: A membership designed for business owners to provide their employees access to the Association’s services.

Payment for memberships is due upon registration and renewal, which occurs annually or as otherwise specified. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the Association to process payments as necessary.

Products provided by Rocky Mountain Manna, including Shilajit, Ormus, GANS, and others, are intended to promote holistic wellness. However, they are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the use of any product purchased from the Association.
• You agree to use products according to the recommended guidelines and consult with a qualified healthcare professional if you have any concerns or pre-existing health conditions before using our products.
• The Association does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or benefits from the use of our products.

As a member of the Rocky Mountain Manna PMA, you agree to engage respectfully with other members and staff. You shall not:

• Engage in any unlawful activity, including fraud or deceit.
• Harass, threaten, or defame other members or the Association’s staff.
• Use the products or services for purposes that are not in line with their intended use.

Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your membership, at the sole discretion of the Association, without a refund.

All content provided by the Association, including but not limited to website materials, product descriptions, logos, images, and educational resources, are the intellectual property of Rocky Mountain Manna and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the website or products without express written consent from the Association.
• Use the Association’s trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property for personal or commercial purposes without prior approval.

The Association is committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our [Privacy Policy] for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Association’s liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, services, or website is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. The Association is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse, incorrect use, or failure to follow product guidelines.

By becoming a member of the Rocky Mountain Manna PMA, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Association, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of products or services offered by the Association.
• Any actions, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Any health issues, reactions, or damages caused by the use of the products, whether used as directed or otherwise.

You agree that you will not hold the Association or any of its affiliates liable for any harm or injury that may occur from the use of products, services, or resources offered.

The information provided by Rocky Mountain Manna, including product descriptions, health-related statements, and general wellness advice, is intended for informational purposes only. The products offered by the Association are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. You should consult with a healthcare professional before using any of the products offered by the Association, especially if you have existing health concerns, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications.

Rocky Mountain Manna disclaims all responsibility for any adverse effects or injuries caused by the use of its products.

The Association reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time, without refund, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in unethical conduct, or misuse the products or services offered by the Association. Membership may also be terminated if you fail to pay applicable fees or engage in activities detrimental to the PMA.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through informal negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with arbitration to take place in a jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties. No public or private attorney, lawyer, or member of the National Bar Association will be brought into the dispute resolution process, as all parties agree to represent themselves in all matters.

Rocky Mountain Manna reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Association’s products and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Natural Law and Private Agreements.
